All furnishings are new and the apartment can sleep 5 people comfortably. It has a lovely soaker tub, comes with most kitchen stuff as well as some bedding and towels. Washer and dryer in suite. Nespresso Coffee machine is included as a little bonus for the coffee lover. It is pet friendly and pet deposit is required. Smaller pet preferred :) wifi and basic cable is included. Tenants insurance is mandatory and it is a non smoking strata building. There is no parking but monthly parking is available just down the street. It does include a generous size locker. There is also a tv in the unit if you wish for us to leave it there.
